Johanna Park Hotel

The bold waiter in the diner il lemoneta was the worst waiter I’ve ever seen. I asked for a waiter and put my hand up he looked at me and kept walking I booked this 1 month ago and the Pool was so green Ants everywhere and bets are the equivalent of a brick wall .

We stayed at the Johanna park hotel for 5 nights. On first arrival it is quiet a distance from Sorrento having cost €30.00 from the train station in a taxi. We then took advantage of the free shuttle bus which was brilliant. The hotel is very clean with such helpful staff with a beautiful breakfast with stunning views. I would definitely recommend staying.

It was a quiet hotel. The room was clean and had some authentic charm. The room key was easy to find in your purse! It was a little larger, but unique! Lol The dinners were quite reasonable and the food was very tasty. The service was good and we were always sure to have our cappuccino served each morning with a friendly smile.

Great staff, very clean rooms and really comfortable, the only issue was the parking, too many cars around, and there is a church next door, if you want to rest in the morning it's kind of hard

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Food was good and the views spectacular!

Shower was a bit pathetic and no lunchtime menu available

All good things to say about Johanna Park Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very reasonable and nice bathroom (they’re all small everywhere but this was clean and had tub/shower). The restaurant was good quality, lots of options at the breakfast buffet and solid options for dinner. The service was fantastic, all the staff with the restaurant and the shuttle services were incredibly hardworking and kind to go out of their way for you. The front desk staff was helpful, sometimes a little short with you, but saw that everywhere in Italy. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful to go to city center and bus/train station. It solved a lot of worries about walking down/uphill or getting an expensive taxi. Highly recommend Johanna Park Hotel, and would stay again if visiting Sorrento!

Was a beautiful location and view from room. Great value. Shuttle takes you to town.

We were told shuttle could take us to Ferry but they did not and then had to walk 400 meters to the taxi stand. Would have hired a taxi.

This hotel should be 3 stars and it is very average for $325 per night and about 2 miles away from Sorrento city center.

Friendly staff. Fantastic views from our balcony. The hotel and bedroom were very clean

The proximity to the town centre. One had to rely on the shuttle bus. There were also additional charges when transferring to Naples airport as the hotel is not in Naples City centre but on the outskirts of the town centre. We paid an additional 30 Euros as we were on the outskirts of Sorrento
