"Quite but hard 😜"

The location was quite ok. It was nearby city center and it was very calm area.

The room was big enough but the beds were extremely hard. Especially the sofa was absolutely not for sleeping!!! You simply see where the owner saved the money and why it is so cheap.

"Wonderful quiet, clean, spacious room close to downtown."

The place was super clean and quiet, had an easy check-in, they responded to my questions quickly over email and text, and the room was very nice. The location is very central and close to downtown Kolin. It was great for my stay in Kolín!
