Great central location, reasonably priced and staff were very helpful

The building could do with tlc. Our room had bleach stains on carpet and things like tea splatters on walls.

Great location, very friendly staff

A bit run down for the price it was. Stayed here last year and they still havent fixed one of the 2 lifts or the flickering light on floor 2 Needs a lick of paint

It was a convenient location for the station and town centre. My room was lovely and large and good facilities, and it was better than I expected from reading reviews.

Gute Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und der Fussgöngerzone

Ich war schon um 14.15 dort und ich wusste ja dass einchecken ab 15.00 ist. Das Zimmer war schon ready und ich hätte für's früher einchecken etwas bezahlen müssen, was für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar war.

Both members of staff in receptions were really friendly, and helpful. They free gave us information we needed for our evening in Swansea, without us evening having to ask.
