"Room ok but rest are not."

Room size, food.

Check In process. They usually called the day before check In. Confirmed the time, usually all know that, from Kolkata mostly bus and train, reach siliguri early morning. After getting confirmation once you reach hotel that, you can check In, then the worst scene will come, they will keep you waiting till 10am. No point of argument, they will say please wait. You even can't place any order for breakfast until not getting the room.

"I don't like my staying at the hotel. There was a non veg (chicken) market just behind my room windo"

Not worthy of the money I had spent. Booking.com charges more than the hotel itself. There were chicken shops nearby and I had to hear the sounds of killing of hens.
