"The most disappointing hotel ever"

I won a voucher for a free night stay during of the events of CICC, and wanted to redeem it however even with notice in advance I could never book the room, it was never available and on request to extend validity of the voucher, hotel's management refused to do so. Staff is very rude and incapable to do basics of their job. I used to stay quite frequently but now won't be going back to this horrible hotel anymore!!! The most disappointing hotel ever!

Very kind staff, very comfortable room, very large and with a beautiful bed. Good breakfast, with very wide choice of food. Location was OK for my specific destination (Italian Embassy) - not ideal for tourism.

Obviously the hotel has some provisional arrangements due to some heavy road work in the area. A very small side entrance, a sort of labyrinth to reach the elevator and check-in at second floor, in a small room. Not easy to understand when you arrive - better info, maybe a warning note by e-mail when you reserve the room could be helpful and avoid a bad initial impact.
