"VALET STAFF: CARDELL H."

Valet Staff: Cardell H. was excellent! He was a hard worker and a professional. He ensured that everything was moving smoothly and made you feel as if you were the most important person in line...no matter how busy the valet parking line became. "Great"

Excellent experience was was a little disappointed when they blocked off the public parking next to the Marriott that normally I would park in and madeit valet only. Which made it a little more difficult from getting our bags from the Hertz public parking lot. That was my only complaint had if you were a hotel guest, you should’ve been able to park in the parking next to the hotel. Because with work valet is not an option for us.

Djuana was WONDERFUL when helping us get checked in for Teacher Leader Summit! We had an issue when booking, but she was so patient, answered all of our questions and put my mind at ease when I thought I would be charged twice for my room.
