Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville-South/St. Johns Ctr.

The stay was great and the service was excellent, but the only thing was there was hair in the tub and on the sheets in the bedroom. It was corrected right away once brought to the staffs attention. It did not alter my stay news sheets were received and the stay was great.

From check in to the free breakfast and everything in between, everything was awesome. The staff were quick at check in and even asked my preferred floor. The room was clean and the kitchen was very convenient for bringing food and snacks back. The free breakfast was great and they had plenty of options. Overall this was a fantastic stay. This property also sits behind a town center with tons of shopping and dining options as well as stuff for kids to do.

The room was nice & well equipped with everything to make you feel at home away from home. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. Sausage, Omelettes, & Oatmeal were well prepared. Also had Cereal, Hard Boiled Eggs, Yogurt & fruit. Onsite coin laundry was clean and easy to use. Affordable cost and the machines did a great job cleaning my clothes. Thumbs up!

Everybody at the front desk is extremely conscientious about their job. They go above and beyond to make sure that every guest is very well taken care of all the time. Essence, Tamika, Jessie, and Totti absolutely amazing, kind, and caring individuals. There are some wonderful men that I keep trying to put their name in here and for some reason it auto correct. The maintenance men , and the housekeepers are extremely personable and kind. This might be an older Hotel with some issues but they are working on it. The people that work here are so incredible. It makes up for any issues as they are going room to room to fix and upgrade the hotel. A lot of the rooms are wonderful. And those that aren’t just have charm and they will be worked on as time allows as this is usually booked. I myself has sent several people since I’ve been here. You can’t go wrong with the location either it’s fantastic thank you again to everybody. We are having to stay due to our roof, deciding the water from all the rain belongs in the home instead of out, so it has been very difficult to navigate as well as insurance that doesn’t want to pay, etc. HOA needs to fix the roof!etc. however, every single person that works here goes out of their way ,so that certainly helps every day. Thank you to everybody.
