The New London Inn

The staff are nice. Which is most important when it comes to hotel experience to us. The common area decoration is cute and the location is great. The restaurant is very popular although we didn’t have a chance to dine there.

A bit outdated facility. The windows cannot be opened in our room and the only way to circulate the air is to turn on the ac, which is a bit noisy. Would be great to update to mini split system. Also our room is right on top of the bar, we heard a lot of noise until it closes at 11pm. It didn’t bother us since we stayed out late.

Lovely place, friendly staff, and super easy check-in, The room was comfortable but my only complaint is that the window AC was really loud. It was too hot to sleep without it so I had to choose the lesser of two evils: heat or noise. Either way, I didn’t get a good night’s rest.

Just a quick overnight stay before surgery. No issues.

Restaurant was high end and not worth the money.

Staff was very accommodating, and the service was great, food, drinks, good coffee in the morning and the food we pretty good as well. Would definitely stay there again. Has charm and warmth you don't feel at other inn's or hotels. keep up the good work

Very nice place to stay and clean ..

Cute from the street but rooms lack any character or comfort. No blinds on windows so street lights coming in all night. Beds on plain metal frames and exposed. Office-grade carpet in room and very dates and stained carpet in public areas. Restaurant, however, was charming and food outstanding. Great wine list and lovely service.

The room was great with a comfortable bed.
