They were acceptable for the price of the room.

Tv remote was hard to operate at times. Air conditioner was very loud.

Staff professionals. Very helpful.

Carpet around Furniture not clean. Toilet Bowl Lid does not match rest of unit. Took Two Days to have a Light Bulb replace. NO Bars of Soap. Regular Towels. Very Little absorbent. On line pictures were not on the ROOM I stayed.

Microwave and hair dryer wasn't working.

The box spring had black mold on it. The place was over perfumed. My husband woke up with bites all over him and is still dealing with it. My guess is it's bed bugs. The gentleman looking after me, I could barely understand, but the girl I dealt with was fine and accommodating. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dirty, really trashy, they must rent it out by the month also. The regular people were terrible

The staff was awesome! Friendly, helpful, available and knowledgeable. I give them 5 out of 5 stars!

The building looks to have been built in the '50s. It was two story, but had no elevator. Had to walk up a staircase and haul my luggage up, by hand. The grab bar in the shower was not secure. The floor in the shower came off as a bit slippery. Overall, I give the property a 3 out of 5.

What breakfast none to be had, place needs a lot of work and a lot of updating

It was conveniently located 10 minutes from an event I attended

Although the bathtub, toilet, sink and beds were fine, the floor was dirty, the walls were stained, the baseboards trim was dirty and sloppily painted. If you ever got the last leftover room, this was it.

The owner is so good . It's a nice place to spend the evening . Eating places are near a beautiful location in the middle of Xenia
