Reserve cuando llegue estaba tapado el toilet y avia pelo en las almuadas por eso no me gusto y cancele y me fui pero antes de irme pidi si me podian cambiar la savanas y dijeron que no tenian extras y estoy esperando que me rrgresen mi dinero a mi targeta de credito no lo recomiendo

This was the worse stay ever this place was dirty, has roaches the toilet was duck taped. The ceiling was falling in

The lady at the desk was very nice and felt bad that are room was so disgustingly dirty. She gave us clean sheets because the sheets were not changed out.

It was the dirtiest, most disgusting room that I have ever seen in a hotel. I had to get disinfectant wipes and clean the room before I could stay there. I should have known something wasn't right when there's a big sign in the lobby stating NO REFUNDS. The wipes were black after wiping down just the night stand and the tv stand.. I included pictures of the wipes and a close up of the crud on the front of the microwave. The sheets were not even changed. When I pulled down the flat sheet there was a vape, hairs everywhere and stains. The lady at the front desk brought us clean sheets. When I took the old sheets off, the mattress cover was covered in a big yellow pee stain, so I had to take that off too.

Had a issue with remote not switching channels is my only complaint
