Private and well spaced out Good location, but no direct access to the beach like advertised

Forced into a more expensive room, even though there were plenty of vacancies in the room that we booked. Negotiated a new rate, so we didn’t have to pack our bags halfway through our stay and move, then tried to then charge twice that on checkout.

The location was great, the pool and the calm was amazing, the room were spatious, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good! It is a good choice for a peacefull stay in bali but still close to other restaurants and beach clubs of seminyak. I recommend it !

As it is close to the beach and with several palm trees, be prepare to see some bugs. If it rains, the sound is a bit loud because of the roof (I liked it but some people may not)

The room was a good size, pool looked nice

Needs a complete overhaul, bed was unbelievable uncomfortable, hard as a rock, shower was old and barely working, breakfast appalling, flies everywhere including crawling over uncovered condiments
