Staff were very friendly. Chippy and others took great care of us by the pool. The pool and location was fantastic. Great value for money.

The airport transfer prices offered are high, it is cheaper to get a Grab. The rooms needed a touch up. Little things like including information about the restaurant service, gym and amenities in the room would go a long way

Het grote zwembad en dat er geen bedjes geclaimd werden. Kamers waren netjes, en het eten was goed.

De douche had geen contante temperatuur. Deze ging van ijskoud naar gloeiend heet. Dit was gemeld, maar niet opgelost.

Unbelievable stay. For what we paid, it genuinely exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet only a quick 5–10 minute taxi into the town square (around $3–5 AUD). The facilities had everything we needed and more. Beach a 1 minute walk with awesome live music over looking beach in family friendly environment. In terms of value for money, this place is hard to beat. We’ll absolutely be back.

Can't fault the stay.

"Amazing hotel with great pools. I"

I love this place. The senior staff are very accommodating and always a pleasure to deal with. The pools are fantastic. Rooms are huge and beds very comfortable.

The water in the shower is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it's hot then turns cold then hot again. The buffet breakfast is OK, egg station is great but the birds in the high ceiling are a bit of a problem. Toaster was half broken.
