Die außerordentliche Lage des Hotels. Service Personal Bar (Gennaro) sehr gut / „ehrliche Restaurant Empfehlungen erhalten.

Kein 5 Stern Hotel…. Gepäck-Abholung mit Elektrofahrzeug müsste bei einem 5 Stern Hotel selbstverständlich /im Angebot enthalten….Gast darf die Gepäcke selber zum Hotel schleppen🫣 Direktor völlig desinteressiert rumschleichend und kein Gäste-Kontakt.. Dies Haltung bestätigt sich auch bei Check out - Reception nicht besetzt , Personal im offenen Büroraum sitzend (Gast stehend) Check out durchgeführt 😳 Service Personal sehr gut. Ausnahmen „junge Mitarbeiter im Frühstück-Raum völlig desinteressiert /lustlos, zum Teil mit dem Handy in Hand und null Interesse bei der Arbeitsausführung /Job. Schade . Nicht 5 Stern Hotel würdig.

Hotel was lovely. Welcome staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.

It was a little hit and miss on service. We weren't provided with welcome information which was unusual for a 5 star hotel. We werent told about Facilities and their locations, breakfast serving times or anything we really needed we very much had to proactively find out these things and it meant with our short stay we missed out on using a lot of it. We also asked for a twin and got a double, and The bed was also extremely hard but thats personal preference.

Very comfortable and everything was renovated! View was incredible and access to spa was very efficient! Private beach was another great addition. Amazing buffet breakfast with fresh products!

Staff was a bit unprofessional for such a 5 star hotel. Specially when we left, we weren’t asked about our stay and it was a bit cold.
