An excellent site , very friendly cooperative staff who were so helpful and caring , they were so welcoming and helpful with my mom and elderly , a big thank you to all the crew and special thanks to Mr Tamer , Mr Amro in the reception and Mrs Azza in VIP suites who all were exceptionally amazing , professional and hospitality was beyond expectations Loved the lounge , food and spacious rooms . Highly recommended to families and definite will come again in my next stay .
