Building is very nice , Location is good , breakfast is very well and people were nice and kind

The room that we stayed was not very comfortable although it was the same category and same price with the other double rooms There are stairs in the room to reach to bathroom which is not very convenient

Beautiful courtyard hotel, former mansion. Mostly very attractive rooms. Largely very sweet staff. Nice breakfast, which could be taken in the beautiful courtyard.

When we initially checked in, we were given a Double room despite prior agreement to provide a twin. We queried it and were moved to a smaller twin. Having looked at the pictures for the Superior double, it was undoubtedly the worst of such twins. Really quite pokey. The twin beds were about 5cm apart. We immediately flagged how hot it was to be told that if we opened the window, it would improve. I asked about the listed air conditioning to be dismissed. We headed out for a walk about town and dinner. When we got back from dinner the room was 25 degrees. I immediately called and explained how unacceptable this was for an expensive hotel and air-conditioned room. We went in circles, for a few hours. Only one window, but a lack of cross-breeze, meant it didn't really cool the room. There were tons of mosquitoes and no net despite them claiming otherwise. No fans avaialble. They ended up calling for an engineer late. After hours of going in circles, it still wasn't working after numerous visits and incorrect information/gaslighting. I really couldn't sleep in that temperature, so I found myself sitting in the courtyard at 3am trying to cool down, having expressed my deep frustration to the gentleman on the front desk on the way outside. We were moved to a new room the next day. That room had some functioning air conditioning. 22 rather than 25 degrees. This was also a much nicer room and much closer to reflecting the majority of the pictures. The only major drawback was a weird shower with rusty bolts and bits of wood, which struggled to stay closed. We were offered a meal (which we couldn't do), but were given a single round of drinks to apologise for the inconvenience. It's a shame, as I can see how good this hotel could be, but they need to take patrons' concerns seriously about the heat. I appreciate it was cool (25 vs. 30 degrees) by Greek standards, but a stuffy, small room at 25 degrees overnight is not conducive to sleep for...

La estancia ha sido maravillosa! realmente perfecta. La ubicación es maravillosa, el hotel súper bonita y la gente fantástica! Totalmente recomendable!

Lo único fue que desayunando en el patio de hotel, el gato estaba merodeando nuestra mesa con demasiado ímpeto y pasando entre nuestras piernas mientras comíamos, lo cual no fue nada agradable. Por lo demás, un 10!
