Everything was spotlessly clean, the Onsen was very nice and had all the necessary facilities (showers, soap, shampoo etc). Rooms were also clean

Bed and pillow were pretty hard

Staff are always amazing there. Iv been back 5 times and never had a issue normally stay for about a week

It’s not to close to any late night shop but 7-11 about 10 minutes drive. Not a big deal at all
