Found hair on the bed and cleaning towel forgot in the bathroom. There where a shoe mark on my sheets…

The staff is so friendly. The place is immaculate. They are constantly cleaning the property. If you have a question or request, they don’t hesitate.

Not one thing

Super de belle expérience, personnelle très sympathique, les chambres sont très propres, tout l établissement est très bien entretenu.piscine très propre, panier toujours rempli de serviette de plage. Accès à la plage facilement et à plusieurs bons restaurants! Activités amusantes en famille dont le fun parc où l ont retrouve un mini-golf, go-kart,arcades! Nous allons y retourner c est certain

The staff were very kind, the property was clean, and the location was great!

I booked through Booking.com and requested to check in between 1-2:00. I was under the impression that we were getting a balcony room facing the river. In fact, when we checked in, they gave us a window view of the river, were not notified of an early check in and the cost was higher than theirs! They changed our room, and we checked in at 3:00 - later than thought but still okay. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was good!

Room was comfortable, staff was nice, buffet breakfast was decent, pretty view right on the water

Wish it were closer to downtown Ogunquit since traffic and parking are very hard, tv didn't work, one staff member gave us incorrect info about a local beach

A good selection of food.
