Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ample parking and friendly staff. Not walkable to Ogunquit but ideal for a roadside motel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a nice daily breakfast. Pool area was clean, we used the pool on multiple days. Great views of the sun rising over the Ogunquit river from our room.

The rooms felt like they needed a little attention, looked tired in places.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire place was very clean and well-kept. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again."
