The property is beautiful! Perfect for two people. Our only complaint was that someone else’s hair was on our pillows when we pulled the covers back. That did give us the ick. But overall the property was clean.

The view is great. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets were the best part. The bed was comfy, the amenities in the apartment was everything you needed. I really appreciated the folded toilet paper little butterfly and the folded leave on the paper towel in the kitchen. Also Customer service was excellently and very quick to respond

The aircon units are very old and extremely noisy. The one in the bedroom are too loud to sleep with so we had the one in the living room area on at night otherwise it would be too hot. But that one only works with a timer of 4 hours, so if it stops and gets too hot you will wake up. The tv remote did not work as instructed in the welcoming binder, only the smaller remote worked. You can’t hang washing to dry on the balcony railings, but they don’t provide you with anything to hang your things to dry. The ceiling fan in the bedroom can’t increase speed so effectively kind of useless. Also The beach and ocean in front of the location was not the best.

Pros - Great view, nice location, clean swimming pool. Cons - Outdated, old mattress-we had to sleep on the couch. pans are old-bring your own if you are planning to cook. dirty shower curtain-needs to be changed asap. Overall, This was not a bad place to stay since I enjoyed the nice view with my morning coffee at least.

The interior need to updated, like the coach and bed. The TV was difficult to operate, the outlets & switch was outdated. Tile was missing in the hallway and the fans was outdated!

We just stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a lovely time. I didn’t have a need to communicate with the property manager prior to arrival, as all arrival info. seemed comprehensive and straightforward. And it was, except for one small detail. The pre-arrival email said we could pick up the parking pass at the main office downstairs. This office was only open from 8:00am-noon, so we waited until morning to ask for the pass. We were then told by the office that they don’t normally give passes for that apartment and we would normally need to get that from the property manager, but they gave us one in the spirit of aloha, which was very nice of them. Seems like something the apt. management company and the building management need to work out. The apt. was lovely. It was a bit dated, which is why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars for condition and cleanliness as the age may be a concern to some, but we didn’t mind and found it very charming and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the bay was LOVELY. I loved having coffee there every morning and listening to the waves at night. The grounds were well-maintained and landscaped and parking was easy and convenient. I thought the location was perfect, as well, and would definitely consider staying there again. It was very convenient to the airport, Wailea, the north shore, and the start of the road to Hana. We were able to easily access everywhere we wanted to on the island.

The view from the lanai is spectacular. It can’t be beat.
