Easy in easy out, inexpensive. Easy all the way. Perfect location in Missoula on Reserve St.

I thought the front desk people were okay and attentive. Housekeeping seems to be doing okay. Location is near amenities and parking is good.

The breakfast was lacking in quality and the seating areas could have been increased to make room since there were people waiting. The breakfast times could have been until 10am which is what many hotels do. The exterior of the hotel is unattractive, could be painted. The toilet was constantly running even though no one was using it. There's a serious issue with the lack of maintenance in the hotel. The bathroom fixtures were outdated. Walls in general were outdated. Bathroom fan wasn't on or working.

Quiet neighbors allowed for a good night's rest.

Some electrical outlets didn't work.

Good bang for the buck. Breakfast was good. Breakfast burritos and omelets.

Nothing I can remember that I didn't like.

Great staff, I enjoyed interacting with them. The location is very convenient for through-travel. The value proposition is very good, thank you!

The cleanliness needs work, and on my second stay, long-term guests made it almost impossible to use the laundry facilities. Loved the breakfast overall, it would be great to have a bit more tasty coffee. :)

The description stated you could pay for a better breakfast. The bed was horrible. The room felt disgusting. We could hear the neighbor above our TV (at a decently high volume). Bathtub didnt drain. Bathroom light was flickering. I wish I had paid more for a room with more comfortable bed and in general a better comfort feel. Didn't feel safe at all

If you use the back door for unloading your vehicle you have to have your room key every time you go in the door. The room also had an odor when we went in the door. The heat seemed to make it worse.
