Appartement spacieux, propre, chaleureux, situé à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville et à côté d’un très beau parc. Parking facile.

Appartement mal insonorisé ; tranquillité très dépendante des voisins. Pente assez raide pour rejoindre l’appartement à pied depuis la ville.

God kommunikation med værterne. Alt fungerede fint. Billeder svarer til virkeligheden. Super beliggendhed i Thorshavn. Dejlig størrelse og udsigt fin.

Parkeringsforhold lidt klemt ind i mellem, men det gik alle dage.

"Lovely, spacious and bright"

Excellent spacious and bright apartment, in a quiet residential neighbourhood with some lovely views, even from the ground floor. It is exactly as described in the listing and has all the essentials for a longer stay. While clearly well used and lived in, it makes it feel quite homely and comfortable.

The location, albeit pretty and quiet, is a bit far from the centre and from any shop, and quite uphill (about 20 mins), so might not be comfortable for those without a car or who prefers not to walk a lot. There is a local free bus, but it is not going very often. Also, the house is not at all soundproof, so you hear pretty much everything your neighbours say or do :) But it’s all minor things.
