Appart hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre proche des bus, commerces à proximité, l'accueil est agréable, l'environnement très plaisant avec le jardin, tout est très bien.

L'appartement était propre et spacieux. Les équipements sont récents. La literie est confortable. Possibilité de réserver une place de parking ou de se garer dans les rues proches. La proximité avec le centre historique que Rennes est appréciable. Le personnel est sympathique.
