the location and the staff were great for sure. i feel bad leaving a bad review.

the cleanliness of the room. bugs, mould with a mouldy smell, dirty sheets, loud backpackers up until 5am. pretty grimy.

"Très bon séjour au calme à Hoi An"

Literie très confortable avec des compartiments spacieux et de grands lockers très pratique. Piscine au top. Personnel très gentil et aidant.

Un peu excentré mais ça se fait très bien en vélo et parfait si on recherche le calme

"Tolle Unterkunft zwischen Hoi An City und Strand"

Alles gefiel. Am Besten war der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber des Hotels. Dazu fand ich die Lage perfekt, da ich kein Stadtmensch bin und die Altstadt schon sehr touristisch ueberlaufen ist. Das Hotel befindet sich am Fluss und hinten sind Reisfelder und nebenan ist das Mad Monkey Hostel, wo wir eiskaltes gezapftes Huda Bier genossen haben ;-). Taeglich liefen wir entweder links zum Strand (etwa 1-2km) oder rechts in die Stadt (auch mehrere km). Man kann auch Fahrraeder oder Roller benutzen, aber ich brauche meine 10000 Schritte pro Tag, damit waren die fusslaeufigen Distanzen perfekt.

Der Pool koennte etwas laenger sein, aber mehr Platz gibt das Grundstueck nicht her. Meckern auf hohem Nieveau, haha.

"Ein perfekter Ort zum versacken, entschleunigen und länger bleiben als geplant"

Toller Host Minh, perfekte Lage in den Reisfeldern zwischen Old Town und Strand, tolle Umgebung, es gibt Fahrräder zum herumfahren, perfekter Ort, wenn einem die Altstadt zu viel ist.

"Wide and clean room, perfect location & friendly host!"

Minh was friendly and excellent host! Perfect location halfway from the beach and the ancient town. Room was spacious & very clean, own balcony with a pool and river view. Haemer Villa also offered free bikes!

"Friendly and Beautiful"

Peaceful location between old town and beach Friendly and helpful staff Beautiful room and balcony Clean pool and social area Felt very safe

If you are not planning to hire a bike it might take a long time to walk to the old town/beach but there is a free push bicycle rental at the hotel included ☺️
