Advertising of the hotel online was not accurate.

Everything, is was nothing like the pictures. It was run down, there were drug deals happening all over the parking lot, other deals happening, children waiting outside the hotel rooms while “business” was conducted. The tub was dirty brown on the floor of it, the toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all, the sink still had tooth paste from previous guests. It was just all around nasty. They would not refund us or answer the phone so we could cancel. Asked for clean sheets since the ones on the bed were stained and hairy, they brought back two flat sheets that were more stained and hairy than before. We tried to tough it out for a bit but decided it wasn’t worth it but no one would answer the front desk and the office was locked by 9pm. Tried to get a full refund the next morning because obviously this is not what we paid for but instead they called us liars. When presented with the dirty sheets there was no more said on the matter. She just continued to berate my husband and accuse him of needing a free nights stay. I tried to reach out to costumer service through booking but was never given a response. I’m incredibly disgusted and displeased with the way they tried to depict they hotel. They are the liars

got to the location to find out they didn’t save my room, even after confirming with me earlier in the day that i needed two queen beds. they even tried to get me to take a king sized bed for three people!

Upon my arrival to this extremely dangerous, and crime filled little pocket of prostitution, rape, robbery, homelessness, drug addicts, and overall despair, my initial thought was. Did I take a wrong turn?

Very unimpressed with the amount of random people being let into a gated facility. Tweaks everywhere.

My key card was accidentally locked in room early in the evening and i had to end up staying in my car because no one would answer phone nor was there anyway to contact front desk to gain access to my room. I had to wait until 8am the next morning to get in my room. No refund given nor did they refund the $50 "security ddposit" they charge on card. I would NEVER stay at this hotel and hope to get my money back for entire fiasco. Ive never heard of a hotel you cannot reach anyone at all evening.
