The room wasn't very clean. Alot of stains on the bedding, lamp shade, walls, mirrors, the bathroom door handle was broke. The microwave barely warmed anything, the fridge didnt keep anything cold. But the place overall wasn't horrible. It was nice just had some small issues with the cleaning of the room. Was quiet, easy parking. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. Very minimal put into it.

Staff and cleanliness were excellent.

A ground floor room without blackout curtains is unacceptable. That is stunning failure in an otherwise good facility.
