Luz Ocean Club

We had a very pleasant stay indeed and like the general area very much and will happily come again.

We visited Ocean Club for 5 days (myself and my two boys aged 4 and 8). The complex is really great, with lots to do for kids. Praia da Luz itself is a lovely resort, not too commercialized and plenty great restaurants. The beach is really nice and the Dolphin Safari that leaves from the beach is amazing!

Great apartment, good facilities and a lovely quiet family friendly resort.

Excellent for family holiday. Quiet village with good beach and a lot of nice restaurants with excellent food. Probably more windy than for instance Lagos. Very british hotel with high standard and all you need for a family holiday. Walking distance to beach and a lot of restaurants.

They are individual apartments. The one we had comprised two bedrooms (one on suite), a large lounge area, dining area, well equipped kitchen and terrace. Being on the ground floor we could just about see the sea but upper floors have excellent views. The apartment is part of complex with includes three very nice outdoor swimming pools and one indoor. They are rather spread out and you will have to do some walking. It was a couple of hundred yards from our apartment to the nearest pool and about 500 yards to the beach, but you can drive there because there is parking yard from the sand.

Fantstic appartment, spacious and well equipped. A short walk from the beach and shops. Close to several pools. We enjoyed our experience so much we extended our holiday . What better endorsement could you have!

Min voksne datter og jeg valgte dette hotel som udgangspunkt for vore mange udflugter i det sydlige og sydligste Portugal. Det var en dejlig overraskelse at vort bestilte 2 værelses lejlighed viste sig at være op mod de 100 m2. Den bestod af 2 soveværelser, køkken spisestue og dagligstue i et, samt bad. Vi havde altså god plads og lejligheden var udstyret med grej og gear langt over vores behov. Til lejligheden hørte også en dejlig stor terrasse, hvor de tidlige morgentimer og sene aftentimer kunne tilbringes med læsning. Afstanden til stranden eller til byens restauranter og barer og andre forretninger er kort, altid gåafstand. Vi har i vor familie ikke for vane at vende tilbage til samme sted, dertil er den øvrige verden alt for stor en udfordring, men jeg vil ikke være bange for at anbefale dette hotel til andre.

Lägenheten inte vad vi beställt, och ostädat vid incheckning. Vi fick ingen annan lägenhet då detta påtalades, utan ombads hålla oss borta ett par timmar (!). Lägenheten var mörk, kall och kändes som ryssland på 70talet. Dont go there
