Hotel Aurora

Odlična lokacija, posebej pohvaliti pa je potrebno hrano (imela sva polpenzion), ki je bila izjemno raznolika in zelo okusna.

V bistvu ni kaj pripomniti,morda bi bilo za razmisliti le o zamenjavi tapisona v hodnikih.

Zajtrk raznolik, velika ponudba, vedno nekaj najdeš zase. Enako večerja, velika ponudba. Sobe čiste, osebje prijazno.

Slabost je parkirni prostor, premalo parkirnih, pamagaj si sam, če imaș srečo si plačaš parkirni kateri te čaka ob vrnitvi.

Od osoblja, preko hrane, do udobnosti sobe, sve je bilo odlično! Ponajviše ljubazno osoblje

Unfortunately, the only good thing about this place is the location. I had a really bad experience with the staff and service, and I would be lying if I said it didn't impact my stay. Since I was staying in a twin room, from the first day before check in, I asked if the beds can be arranged as a double (I don't think it's much to ask when paying this price, especially for a hotel with four stars), they said of course. For two days in a row, it was not done, I would literally kindly ask every day before cleaning for this to be done, they would say sure, and after cleaning I would inform them that it was again not done. The staff at the reception was rude and acted as if I was asking something impossible. On the last day when I said that I asked many times and it was never done, I got this answer: 'And what do you want us to do about it now?' The last night of my stay, a loud crackling sound of electricty/wiring woke me up, this happened multiple times. I got scared and went to reception, they basically said this is normal and it happens sometimes, they didn't do anything, I asked them to at least turn off electricity in my room. I couldn't believe it, this should be treated more seriously. As this was not enough, on my last day the stuff gave me a printed schedule of the little train departing for center, but they gave me an outdated schedule with wrong departure times. When I told the staff at the reception that they are giving out the wrong schedule and I will potentially miss my bus home, they just laughed and asked why am I so stressed out, they told me to just call a taxi, for which I paid 20 euros instead of 2. I'm not going to comment on outdated rooms and cracked bathroom tiles, this would have been something I would have overlooked if the staff was kind. The worst thing is, nobody ever said sorry or apologized for any of these things. They just make you feel like you are annoying for asking basic things.
