Me gusto mucho su ubicación. La limpieza muy bien y el personal de limpieza muy amable. El bufet muy rico y de amplia variedad muy satisfechos

Al ingresar la información para el registro se lleva mucho tiempo más de lo normal e incluso reserve otra noche y joven no m quiso registrar ese mismo día tuve q volver otro día y esperar lo mismo para q me dejaran en el mismo cuarto . Todas mis jestiones eran para después de.

"We Loved the Emporio Hotel. We will stay there again"

The breakfast was delicious and the food was plentiful. Our waiter was wonderful. The following staff members of Hotel Emporio were exceptional! Excellent hospitality and service. Joel David - Front Reception Staff member-Porter Arturo-Bartender-excellent drinks Maria -Housekeeper for our room (322) Security Guard- From Cuernavaca. He is a consummate professional.

Everything was great. Emporio is a very good Hotel !

"Perfect location to walk around the city"

Our maid was awesome she was fantastic. Upgraded room was beautiful but paid alot of money for an upgrade and the bed was much better Bar staff were wonderful

Beds to small for a couples hot tub didn't work would have been nice to have a hot tub
