Enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff, no problem to get a larger bottle frozen. Made our little dog very welcome. Just a very comfortable place to stay! Loved the hot tub too!!

"The good… the bad… and the ugly…"

Staff were very accommodating & we received all the perks we are entitled to as Hilton higher tier members without having to beg for it. Breakfast was somewhat better than some other Hampton locations we stayed at. Hot tub worked during our stay & pool was a notch warmer than a typical hotel’s “heated” pool. Bed / bedding was comfortable & everything worked. We did have a few issues though, which are 1) I was referred to as “my dear” by the front desk lady at the checkout, but when I corrected her, she apologized, which was nice, and I said I except her apology. 2) The false alarm was loudly beeping on and off in our room in the morning of our departure. Technician came up, took the alarm off & said they are going to figure out what’s wrong with it. We did receive some discount on the room due to this issue, which did somewhat rectified the situation. 3) Although we had plenty of hot water in a shower, it was making an annoying sound. Clerk said that maintenance would have to fix something inside a shower head & I hope they will moving forward. P.S. As far as the dogs, we did see a few dogs at the hotel, but they were not barking & did not stay next to us, so we did luck out there.

This hotel has a great location and is clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do. It's very close to a Walmart and not far from the University of Wyoming. I recommend hiking at Vedauwoo (loop around the Turtle Rock was beautiful!), it was only about 20 minutes east. I would stay there again.

Excellent…I felt the 25 dollar “Sur charge” was unnecessary and served no purpose…the clerks—Jacob and Josh were especially helpful of my Vietnam War problems…it was a comfortable stay as usual…your breakfast was outstanding…thank you.
