Liked neat and clean admosphere.

No drinking water facility. Every hotel must provide free of water. Here we stayed 2 members, they provided only 1 litre bottle for the whole day, if we need additional water, then we need to pay.

Bad system. I got cancelled by the property even though my status on booking.com showed "confirmed". Finally, I managed to get 1 room instead of 3 that I had booked. That room I got was ugly dirty! Plus higher charged! 1 spare room for 3000 rupees with no bill! Actually I had booked 3 rooms for 37xx rupees!!

The location is excellent. It is ok for a short stay if you need to be in the locality. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and access to public transport is easy. The staff member on duty was pleasant and helpful.

1. It was quite noisy very late into the night. People were talking and there was quite a bit of vehicle movement till about 2 AM. 2. The place was clean, but in a bare minimum way. Do not expect “white” towels and bed sheets. 3. The room was small and it would be difficult to stay for an extended period, especially for a family with kids. 4. We received a message on the day of check in that the reservation was canceled. It was an effort to find the hotel’s number to call and confirm. Turned out that Treebo requires an advance payment. However, this is not mentioned on booking(dot)com and we didn’t receive any messages to this effect. We found this to be a very poor experience. Once we got in touch with the hotel, they shared a payment link for the advance and then confirmed the room. It was all ok at the end, but created a lot of tension just before we boarded our flight. If our journey had already started, we may have been stranded at midnight without a room. Definitely requires clarity in the listing and proper communication.
