Front desk staff answering phones are hard to understand and incompetent. Instead of confirming the credit I have there through a Travelzoo voucher, they refuse to honor the voucher, they argue, they refuse to put me through to their managers, they use excuses like "I only work here" and when I told them I had already confirmed the value of my voucher with Travelzoo they persist in denying my credit and continue to be evasive and disputatious. The hotel may be lovely but their staff are awful.

Amazing views over the harbour. The location was very central. Plenty of parking space even for large vehicles. The on site Empanada food truck was awesome

The rooms are somewhat outdated in terms of decor and facilities and could do with an update. The bathroom was tiny
