"Great location and room, but bad stairs"

We loved the location. It had beautiful views of the marina. The room was great, very spacious. When we called to make the reservation we explained that I have trouble with my legs that make stairs difficult. They told us there were no stairs. Well, there were stairs getting into the room and then stairs within the room. Yes, there was another way to get to the room that didn't involve stairs but it was a long way around. We should have asked for a change of room that was easier to get to but by the time we got to the room with all our luggage, we were just happy to sit down and relax. It was a great location and a great room, but the stairs caused an issue for us.
