Location

Lift not working. Had to trudge up 2 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Could not bring my mom along to the property because of her limited mobility. When I complained, the host agent said the lift was not listed as an option when the booking was made, yet neither was it mentioned that their lift was out of operation. I stayed here before and I booked the place specifically for the fact it had a lift that my mom could use. Dissatisfied with this.

The apartment was in a really great condition. The furniture, floor, facilities and every small detail was making a good impression. We were load shedding free, what is also pretty important. The view was great. Even though we had to walk with the kite gear through the stairs it was not a far distance to the beach.

Only 2 dishwasher tablets provided for a 4 day stay. Washing machine tablets not provided

beautiful view of table mountain. Unfortunately they do not provide extra toilet rolls, salt and pepper or even a counter cleaning cloth.

Self catering so no outsourced breakfast. Cooking facilities excellent. Location excellent. Back up power available during load shedding. Security excellent, felt safe.

There could have been more dish washing & washing machine capsules, as well as toilet paper. However, probably my fault as I should have contacted the agent to get more.

Had no Satellite connection, bathroom extractor fan did not function
