"Bel hôtel, très bien situé mais ne vous attendez pas à un service chaleureux."

La parfaite localisation pour visiter le vieux Québec, les chambres modernes et confortables.

Accueil très peu chaleureux, la machine Nespresso avait un problème, la porte de notre chambre ne s’ouvrait plus et le personnel, à l’exception de quelques personnes, manquait singulièrement d’asssistance.
