The staff and location.

The hot tub had been taken out of this property. Also I had ants everywhere and ended up switching rooms

Every staff member was professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

We booked almost 2 months prior to our stay. Never were we advised that renovations were going on from what I hear its been going on for months. The elevators had cardboard probably to accommodate the workers, they looked horrible. The dust and residue from the work was unbearable. If I was advised of the repairs due to my Mother's health issues I would have stayed elsewhere or rescheduled my visit. Disappointed with the lack of communication to the guest.

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite which had been renovated and it was very nicely done. We like having the living room area as a separate room so that whoever wakes up first can relax, drink coffee (from downstairs) and read (or watch TV) without disturbing the other person. We like that breakfast is included and that there is a variety of choices at the breakfast bar. There are usually three hot items such as scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage; a waffle iron to prepare your own waffles; bagels; cold cereal; hot oatmeal; hard-boiled eggs; yogurt; muffins; bananas; apples; oranges.

The selection of shows on cable there is pretty limited. They offer access to streaming services like Netflix, but you need to log in either to your existing account or create a new one. I think it’s typical of hotels in general but I wish they could have some agreement with the service to allow access without exposing our own account information. I downloaded a few of our regular shows onto my iPad ahead of time, so we could watch them on the iPad before bed.
