I liked being helped when we asked. And that we had our full size fridge and kitchenette and everything worked correctly.

The smell in the hotel was weird. The fire alarm when off so randomly at 415-ish AM, just hours before we were supposed to check out. Took an hour to have fire department get there and clear things. I feel they should have offered money or something off to all guests. Overall things were OK.

Everything is clean, the beds in the room are comfortable and the small kitchen is complete and has everything you need to cook any meal, delicious coffee and the amazing staff.

The wifi was slow sometimes and the fridge was very noisy, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The front desk was underdtaffed but the friendliness of staff more than mafe up for the wait. The room I stayed in was nice but a bit dated furniture wise. We had the 2 bedroom and the size was great. They need to restock the cutlery. The house keeper did not clean one of the tubs but everything else was ok. Fyi they clean the room every 3 days.
