Employees were very helpful and nice.

The rate I was quoted on booking.com was increased by 65 dollars when I got there. Ice machine was broken. Hotel was very noisy.

All around great experience. Lucas & Ciel are awesome. I didn't catch the front desk clerks name but she was super friendly as well as the house keeper. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff makes this well worth the stay. It's what you expect for a value hotel. No bugs , clean sheets, and a continental breakfast. I would stay again.
