The night manager, Kwaku was so helpful and kind as I found myself dropped off in Iceland with a reservation at another hotel that was cancelled by the booking partner! I arrived at 1 am desperate for a place to stay, and Kwaku was able to make room for me to stay two nights during peak tourist season. I can’t thank him enough for helping me in an urgent situation.

Everything was wonderful, nothing to add!

The young lady receptionist was helpful

Noise from the street - early municipal cleaning or something but youths in cars with loud exhausts and music pumping out. Breakfast poor by comparison with Radisson blu in Sydney.
