Location, facilities and staff were very good.

The window in our room didn’t close properly so it was cold on arrival because the radiator wasn’t on. Because the window didn’t close properly we could hear street noise and Saturday night revellers throughout the night so didn’t sleep well.

- Perfect position, plenty of bars all around, very close to bus stop #3 for tours - Helpful staff, we could leave the bags there the last day - Very nice room, tea and coffee are provided every day

Хороший персонал на ресепшене. Чуть не потеряли свитер в стирке, но таки нашли после обращения. Помогали со всем, здесь выше всяких похвал. Разрешили раннее заселение. Номер премиум красивый и большой.

Месторасположение очень центральное, но так получалось, что нас последними забирали на экскурсии с автобусной остановки номер 3 и последними привозили обратно. На завтрак очень ограниченный выбор продуктов, прям очень скромно. Горячий буфет по факту холодный. Из-за этого я не думаю, что соотношение цена-качество себя оправдывает. Маленькое помещение для завтраков, не встать из-за стола, чтобы не задеть соседа. Больше похоже на guest house, чем на отель. Все бы хорошо, если бы не цена! Но, опять таки, персонал очень старается и в ресторане тоже
