The cleanliness of the property and politeness of the staff.

The beds need to be redone and a little bit of enthusiasm would hype up this property.

It’s very clean

We ordered food, but it was very old and of poor quality, so we couldn't eat it. We informed the staff, but they still made us pay for the meal, even though we had to go elsewhere to eat.

Jaipur Inn is a friendly, family-run hotel with a relaxed vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming without being over the top. A good place to unwind after exploring the city — I’d happily stay again.

Room decor interesting

Front desk staff not into customer care or friendly. They genuinely look disinterested. Owners son is different. He is "with it", kind and helpful but he is rarely there. He should clone himself. Room floors and shelves were dusty. One does not expect luxury at the price point but at least staff should wipe floors and shelves down before selling the room to guests. It made me wonder how much dust was on the bedding because dust settles everywhere. These issues can be fixed though and perhaps I caught the place during off season when dusting is not a priority. Door lock with traditional swing latch, lock and key. Nothing much to do direcrly outside hotel surroundings but it also means that its nice and quiet.
