The location was good. Lift ✅ Apartment✅

This place is a self-service check in. I got this place for my 70yo mother and trying to explain to her about self-service at the door was so upsetting. So adding this information would be great. I called the phone number multiple times to help my mother check in. No answer. She was out there a long frustrating time. Also needs a new bed ASAP.

In a good location, close to Bolhao metro and market. No buskers. In the main the apartment is well equipped.

A couple of things need sprucing up to get a higher rating. There is a musty smell in the the main room as though the furniture and bedding could do with a deep clean. The pillows were terrible, lumpy and unusable. There was black mould on ceiling in bathroom. No bowls for eating cereal from. The window in main room is broken so you could not shut out the street noise properly. Personally, I found there was a bit too much messaging from the host.

The location. Excellent for the Metro. Plenty of Restaurants and Cafes nearby. A couple of Supermarkets very close. There is a lift.

There were a couple of little things that were sorted out promptly. But there was nothing to find fault with..

The location was very good. It was very spacious for 7 people. It has all you need for a good stay.

It took time to lower the water in one of the showers and one sofa bed was not very comfy.

Super comfortable, very well located, I really enjoyed to stay here and will book again for sure

Was a little hard to understand where the keys were, but managed to find it.
