Noise late in the night (club nearby)

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lady for the breakfast service. After 2 days we could change the room because the first one was next to the elevator and we could hear it all the time. The second one was a lot better. The location is good, as everything is in walking distance which is great in Palermo.

There is a lot of noise on the streets especially at the weekends with extremely loud music. But during the week it is quite ok.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical of Italian standards. The hotel is centrally located.

Only the staff, especially the lady working at the entrance, are very friendly and helpful. I hope she can continue her career in a better place.

An old hotel in a bad neighborhood. The streets around the hotel are full of garbage. Due to security concerns, the entrance door is only opened when you ring the doorbell. The rooms are very small. Everything, including breakfast, is minimal. Only two things are excessive. First, the price. It definitely doesn't deserve that much money. Second, the noise. Every night, the locals party until very late in the square opposite the hotel with loud sound systems from their cars. If you go on a weekend, they set up special sound systems producing thousands of watts of noise, keeping the whole neighborhood awake until morning. The hotel staff are aware of this but don't issue any warnings. They only silently admit they know by leaving silicone earplugs in the room.
