Breakfast was very nice.

This hotel is next to I70. It was so noisy you couldn't sleep. Will not be staying there again.

They put me in a handicapped room which had a shower that leaked water everywhere. There was no hot water. Leaving the shower. The floor was slippery with soap left over from whoever cleaned it and I felt badly. I called the front desk reported I had fallen and it was unacceptable to have the bathroom so slippery with they send someone up to clean the bathroom. Instead of doing so they moved me to a different room I told the person who moved me that I expected to hear from the manager, waited 30 minutes and realized there was no phone in my room, so the manager was never gonna call My toiletries were still in the previous room, when they hurried me out of the room, I didn’t have an opportunity to get it, I had forgotten, so I had to go to the front desk myself to have someone come up so I can get my toiletries. The man identified himself as the manager I took him and showed him the slick floor told him that I had fallen told him. I expected an incident report to be written up and he told me that the slippery was because I had spilled water out of a shower that does not hold water and it was my fault. I asked him if he was calling me a liar, and he looked me in the eye and said I don’t know. I was offended. Took my toiletries back to my new room, got dressed. I was already late for my appointment, and as I’m leaving, there’s a knock he’s at my door, saying I’m gonna move your room now. I told him no, so he said we’re OK then. And I said no, we’re not OK. And he said fine. You go ahead. I’ll move your things. The last thing in the world I wanted this man to do was touch my things after he had called me a liar and was so dishonest. I told him not to touch my things I had was late for my appointment, because of the hotel, what about my business and came back. Went to sleep it was cold in the room. I looked for blankets, and there were none. Though I did find soiled sheets tucked in one of the cupboards. Soiled! There was no water pressure and lukewarm water at best.

Easier to say what I liked. There was a complementary breakfast.

The location was good right off the highway with restaurants near by. Also close to the colleges.

The lobby and rooms looked nothing like the ones shown on the website. They were also in the middle of a remodel. When we used our shower, (we had an accessible rm) the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. And the room layout felt cluttered. Breakfast was ok but they didn't replenish things when they were gone. I asked the attendant if there was anymore yogurt and she responded yes but never brought anymore out. The only thing in the fridge was butter. This was before 8am. We usually stay at Comfort Suites so we were surprised and disappointed.

Breakfast was very good. The construction is a bit of a distraction and takes away from the atmosphere.

Their construction is taking FOREVER. It's difficult to maintain a clean environment and sense of cleanliness when there is constantly an unfinished appearance and property disorder.

There's a big deep tub, but the stopper was broke.
