Very convenient to shopping at the Waterfront, easy access to the parkway that leads to downtown or Oakland. Quiet property. Free parking. Restaurants close by.

Really disappointing stay. Did not give me the room type paid for (said we should have booked directly through Marriott website). Poor customer service. Run down. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Fled this property after 2 hours due to smoking, drug use, domestic violence and a large party happening that the front desk was unresponsive to managing. My daughter and I went to another Marriott property after the desk staff refused to call the police. After all of that, the property manager and refused to refund my stay. Never again.
