Location was amazing

The pool area was very unsanitary. The pool water was yellow and the hot tub was dirty as well. Over all did not feel comfortable and did not stay. Currently fighting for a refund.

Room 420.. shower mixer was found to be extremely tight to initially operate, this due to the mixer valve seats passing water. The room smelt of dryer sheets like it was coming through a vent. Could either hear washing machines spinning or the heater in the room was loud.

Location

No one at front desk to check is in for 15 minutes!! When I ordered egg whites which is on the menu they refused to make it saying “it will take too many eggs!!!”

Good location

Hard to sleep with trains going by, sometimes continually. Coffee only available in room, and the machine didn’t work. There was no other coffee available unless paid for in the restaurant.

Really like this Marriott Courtyard! The location is close to everything in the Waterfront District. Tina (at the front desk) is fantastic!! I’d come back here just bcuz of her😀 The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
