"We left didn’t even unpack. Tried to get help with a refund and have not been helped."

Nothing

The AC did not work, horrible humid smell. The carpet was not vacuumed, and there was a hole in the carpet. Two of My children are asthmatic, if we stayed they would have gotten sick due to the smell of mold. I tried to speak to the front desk about a refund, they told me to contact booking.com and I have yet to get my deposit back or the refund.
