"Good place but needs some quality control on the rooms"

Friendly staff, fair prices, clean facility, good breakfast, and convenient location.

The combined washer/dryer in my room (#503) did not dry the clothes we washed. Also, the thermostat in our room did not control the temperature. We had to open windows and deal with the noise outside.

I visited for an event which was on the rooftop conference’s and was an amazing experience.the location of the hotel and the services from the waiters was top notch.cant fail also to recognise Dennis at the reception who helped us with carrying our materials to the rooftop and for a warm reception i would give him a 100%.will always bring people back there.

"Great place to stay!"

This is an excellent property. You can tell it's well managed and it has been for years. Excellent buffets. Two minute walk to Sarit. Exceptional security. Great gym. Normal Kenyan hospitality which is always exceptional.

Just a couple adjustments. Checking out at 9am there was no one to check me out. The concierge had to get someone in the back and she was talking on her phone. The dinner at the café left a lot to be desired. Tbone with lots of gristle and much overcooked from my medium order. The vegetables were sauteed on a grill that clearly had soy sauce used on it . The flavor revealed it. Timing was slow given that there was no one else in the restaurant at that time. All of that aside, I will stay there again. It's a great place.
