"ridiculous"

Nothing because they were discriminating towards people of color.

Everything, the receptionist “John” who has been there for ~70+ was extremely rude, and proceeded to say this was his issue because of their online policy not being up to date even with a third party involved.

"Mediocre at best"

Asked for end of hall because of mobility issues got stuck in middle of hall. Spent 4 nights unable to sleep because room next door had kids screaming all hours of the night usually by 3:30am they’d start. Told staff manager I think nothing was done about it

Location is very loud and they are doing remodel so u get that noise very early in the morning

"Very disappointing. I had a poor night of sleep and a poor breakfast in the morning."

Temperature of shower was barely lukewarm. Insufficient covers on bed meant I was cold all night long. At breakfast bar there was no fruit, no eggs, very limited selection of food to eat.
