The parking lot..

The staff unhinged attitude I believe one was high off meth & one has rude behavior lack of understanding or respect. I Couldn’t check out when I wanted too had to wait an extra day. Charged a useless $5 twice when I locked my key in my room. No hospitality values. Charged extra $25 in cash to check in early & never did never was refunded.

"I got push out on the streets to book another hotel"

This lady was rude and mean I paid online when I got to the property my phone wouldn’t work I explained I was from out of town I need to connect to the internet to pay with my mobile device she put me out on the snow
