USThey tried to double charge us because it went through booking.com and apparently they have NO COMMUNICATION between the site and the hotel because they tried to charge me a second time when we got to the hotel after we ALREADY PAID booking.com. Super sketchy.

USUSThe staff the night we stayed were beyond helpful super nice and I was truly grateful for the help they provided, as I had several issues with booking.com , they were welcoming, as I was on the verge of tears dealing with my issues with booking.com
I truly don't have anything negative about the hotel or staff , my experience with that part of my trip was the most peaceful
Staff was friendly. Hotel was very run down and dirty. We had to clean off some sort of red stuff all over the bathroom door. Trim was caked with dust and dirt. This hotel is in need of a deep clean and renovations. Lots of better options in that area.
